Standard Hardware Support from
We provide a default warranty /RMA of 38 months 3Y+ post invoice. In the event something goes wrong, customers return the faulty part to Hyperscalers with our help.
Hyperscalers then tests the received part before shipping back a replacement part at own cost.
Dedicated Technical Phone support is included Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm (GMT + 10)
Spare parts, to be kept on site are included by default - up to an amount of approx. 1% of the total order value - at no extra cost.
